10月31日，记者从交通运输部水运局了解到，为加强对水运工程和交通支持系统工程综合评标专家库的管理，规范专家评标行为，维护招标投标活动当事人的合法权益，交通运输部印发了《交通运输部水运工程和交通支持系统工程综合评标专家库管理办法》，原交通部《水运工程评标专家和评标专家库管理办法》同时废止。
