11月5日，亚太经合组织（APEC）港口服务网络（APSN）“绿色航运与供应链”国际研讨会在中国香港举办。会议呼吁，绿色发展对航运和港口的可持续发展具有重要意义，政府部门和港航企业应共同研究绿色航运和港口发展的对策，通过政策刺激和技术创新，促进港航界的健康发展。

　　会议关注了供应链碳足迹、政策法规及行业实践、绿色航运创新技术，旨在通过国际交流，促进港口、航运业与供应链的绿色发展。交通运输部水运科学研究院副院长、APSN秘书长费维军在会上作了主旨演讲。
