中国汽车售后服务满意度调查结果发布--亲稳网络舆情监测室

  11月16日,中国汽车售后服务客户满意度调查(CAACS,简称卡思调查)结果发布。中国汽车维修行业协会受交通运输部委托,基于《汽车售后服务客户满意度评价体系》,在国内50个主要城市进行了汽车4S体系售后服务客户满意度调查研究活动。
