11月21日，中国与乌兹别克斯坦交通合作分委会第一次会议在京举行，中乌双方形成并签署了交通合作分委会第一次会谈纪要。

　　翁孟勇表示，此次会议是落实两国领导人签署的《中乌联合声明》中有关成立中乌政府间合作委员会事项的具体工作，中国交通运输部对在中乌政府间合作委员会下设立交通合作分委会非常重视，希望通过该机制促进和加强两国交通运输合作。新成立的中乌交通合作分委会为深化交通运输领域合作提供了良好平台。
