11月22日，交通运输部党组成员、政策法规司司长、新闻发言人何建中在例行新闻发布会上表示，交通运输经济运行态势企稳迹象明显，总体平稳，预计今年后两个月将继续保持温和回升态势，全年固定资产投资规模有望与上年基本持平。

　　1月至10月份，累计完成公路水路交通固定资产投资11343亿元，同比下降0.5%，增速较去年同期降低12个百分点，固定资产投资规模略有下降，但降幅逐步收窄，投资结构进一步优化。其中，公路建设完成投资9974亿元，同比下降1.0%，增速较去年同期降低10.9个百分点；内河建设完成投资368亿元，同比增长26.7%，增速较去年同期降低1.9个百分点；沿海建设完成投资810亿元，同比下降0.4%，增速较去年同期降低32.8个百分点。

　　据统计，今年1月至10月份，交通运输生产主要指标继续保持增长，增速有所放缓。1月至10月份，规模以上港口累计完成货物吞吐量80.6亿吨，同比增长6.7%，增速较去年同期降低7.1个百分点。其中，完成外贸货物吞吐量25.1亿吨，增长9.9%；完成内贸货物吞吐量55.5亿吨，增长5.2%。1月至10月份，完成港口集装箱吞吐量14610万标箱，同比增长8.1%，增速较去年同期降低4.6个百分点。今年集装箱吞吐量的低点在7月、8月份，增速在5%的水平，9月份增速超过两位数，10月份又回落到7.8%，总体增速呈上升态势。
