12月7日，交通运输部东海航海保障中心在上海挂牌。该中心将负责我国南黄海和东海海域的航海保障服务，辖区范围覆盖江苏、上海、浙江、福建三省一市，下辖六个航标处、七个通信中心以及上海海事测绘中心和上海海图中心。
