12月27日，“海巡21”船正式列编海南海事局，结束了海南海事无大型远洋海巡船、无法对远海海域进行有效监管的历史，南中国海的海事执法装备进一步升级。

　　“海巡21”船总长93.2米，排水量1583吨，满载时最大续航力为4000海里，最大持续航速可达22节，是我国第一艘千吨级可装备舰载直升机的海事巡逻船。“海巡21”船列编海南海事局，将与海南海事现有海巡船艇一道，形成对海南辖区沿海、近海和南中国海近200多万平方海里海域海事监管的全覆盖。
