　　据了解，《规定》赋予港口行政管理部门在港口危险货物安全监管方面更大的行政权，主要体现在：将港口危险货物储存设施、管道等纳入港口行政管理部门管辖范围；明确了港口行政管理部门对港口危险货物建设项目的安全审查权；增加了对安全评价单位和评价人员的管理要求；调整了对危险货物港口经营企业的管理内容和方式；新设了重大危险源管理制度；增加开拆查验权；加大了对违法违规行为的处罚力度等。
