　　据了解，全国各行业有农民工2.6亿人，是每年公路水路交通春运服务的主要群体。冯正霖要求，逐车逐线对运送农民工的加班车、包车进行技术安全监测和春运手续检查，严禁春运车辆“带病”上路。要为农民工提供团体车（船）票预订、上门售票、流动售票等特色票务服务，农民工较多、规模较大的企业、工地可以组织“点对点、门到门”的包车运输。各地既要保质保量完成活动“规定动作”，又要努力抓好“自选动作”，例如协调公益性组织向农民工提供赠票、积极开展志愿者服务等。
