　　通知要求，邮政企业、快递企业要认真做好收寄验视工作，认真落实有关禁限寄物品的检查措施，严格进行收寄过程中的验视检查。对用户交寄的信件，必要时，可以要求用户开拆，进行验视，但不得检查信件内容。对信件以外的其他邮件，必须全部当场验视检查，对粉末、液体以及不能直接辨识的机电装置等重点查验，确保将各类易燃、易爆、易腐以及非法出版物等禁寄物品堵截在寄递渠道之外。对用户交寄食品的，应当验视保质期，确保安全食品进入灾区。用户拒绝开拆、验视的，不予收寄。
