5月9日下午，交通运输部和中国长江三峡集团公司（简称三峡集团）在北京就长江三峡通航建筑物管理有关事宜举行会谈，交通运输部部长杨传堂和三峡集团董事长曹广晶出席并讲话。会谈结束后，交通运输部副部长何建中与曹广晶代表双方签署了协议。
