孙杨，生于浙江杭州，浙江大学体育系2010级本科生。中国男子游泳队运动员，主攻中长距离自由泳。2011年7月31日，孙杨以14分34秒14打破了澳大利亚名将哈克特在2001年福冈世锦赛上创造的14分34秒56原世界纪录，创造了男子1500米自由泳比赛世界纪录，刷新了封沉10年之久的世界纪录。
