　　新京报 （记者刘洋）今后，东城检方承办的京籍、非京籍的未成年犯罪嫌疑人，在审查逮捕、审查起诉前都将接受一次专业的社会调查，调查内容将涉及心理健康及成长经历等，作为案件承办人对量刑的参考。

　　在前期试行及调研总结的基础上，东城检察院决定委托阳光社区矫正服务中心开展未成年犯罪嫌疑人的社会调查工作。

　　“开展调查工作的都是有国家认证资格的心理咨询师。”东城检察院未成年人案件检察处处长郑馨智介绍，与以往的社会调查不同，此次调查工作针对东城检察院审查批捕、起诉的所有京籍、非京籍未成年犯罪嫌疑人展开。按协议规定，对于审查逮捕的未成年人要在检察院委托之日起5天内反馈调查报告，审查起诉的要在委托之日起10天内出具调查报告。“调研结果将作为是否起诉未成年人以及量刑的参考。”
