　　近期务必突出以下几个工作重点：一是抓食品安全。要细化工作职责，加强督促检查，认真贯彻落实《国务院关于加强食品安全工作的决定》，确保不发生重大食品安全问题。要重点落实好学校负责人陪餐制度和食品留样制度。二是抓制度落实。要加大培训力度，对相关从业人员和管理人员进行全员培训，一级抓一级。要加大监管力度，切实落实好监督检查制度。三是抓公开透明。相关信息要逐级逐校逐项公开，信息公开要主动、便民，公开公示的方式要多种多样。四是抓信息系统。要加强实名制学籍信息管理系统建设，尽快建立起学生营养监测评估系统。五是抓应急演练。要建立健全突发事件应急机制，立足于防范，认真开展风险隐患排查工作。要加强处理食品安全突发事件演练，建立定期演练制度。六是抓工作机构。各级学生营养办要完善工作机制，健全管理制度，加强队伍建设，做好长远打算。
