甘肃陇西乡村教师刘军红因涉嫌强奸、猥亵多名小学生被批捕。刘军红先后多次强奸、猥亵小学生数量多达8名，其中5名女学生被强奸，3名女学生遭猥亵，年龄最小的仅10岁，最大的也只有13岁。此前的6月15日，陇西县教体局局长孙一民被免职、副局长水养林给予党内严重警告，事发地的碧岩学区校长李录林和珠帘小学校长任强被行政撤职和降级处分。（《新华网》6月19日）
