上周末，54名盲人参加了全国盲人医疗按摩人员（北京地区）考试。市残联负责人介绍，本市盲人医疗按摩执业资格证书管理办法将在11月出台，盲人医疗按摩师将可凭借资格证书在正规医院上岗。

　　市残联副理事长吴学文表示，目前本市从事保健按摩的盲人达1700余人，主要为亚健康人群服务。但能真正对病情进行诊断、通过按摩治疗的须是专业医疗按摩师。1999年实施的《中华人民共和国执业医师法》未允许盲人进入医疗按摩领域，直到2010年，卫生部、中残联等部门联合开设针对盲人的医疗按摩人员资格考试，才标志着盲人按摩师正式进入医疗领域，可以在医院执业。
