福州查处71家无证办学机构 严禁在职教师在“黑培训”任教 Fuzhou investigate 71 unlicensed education institution it is strictly prohibited to serving teachers in"Black training"teaching

　　本报讯（记者 龙超凡）近期，福州市众多无证教育培训机构在各种媒体上大肆做广告，非法招生，误导群众，扰乱了培训市场秩序。近日，福州市教育局公布了71家未经教育主管部门审批的非法办学机构，并提醒广大家长选择正规的、有国家教育行政部门颁发办学许可证的培训机构就读。

　　据介绍，由“黑培训”产生的投诉纠纷已占福州市教育类投诉纠纷的50%以上。福州市教育局在严厉查处无证办学机构的同时，严禁在职教师在“黑培训”任教或参与举办“黑培训”，严禁在职教师授意学生参加其本人或他人组织的有偿补课活动。一旦违反，视情节轻重予以通报批评、年度考核确定为不称职、两年内不得评优评先、不得申报高一级教师职务、解除聘用合同、撤销教师资格等处理。
