学术超女、心灵导师……自2006年“十一”黄金周亮相央视《百家讲坛》后，于丹火了，至今年已第七个年头，各种标签也和于丹形影不离。但是于丹说，她不喜欢标签，她不是学术超女，也不是心灵导师，如果一定要接受一个标签，那就是“老师”。

　　于丹至今记得，自己特别小的时候，读到了李商隐的《天涯》：“春日在天涯，天涯日又斜。莺啼如有泪，为湿最高花”，当时眼泪‘哗’就下来了。“八岁半时，我妈妈的一个领导来家里做客，背着手问我：‘你这么小就喜欢诗词，很好，你都喜欢谁？’我当时没说李白，没说杜甫，我说我最喜欢李商隐。那叔叔就很有意见：‘小丹你这么小，怎么喜欢这么没落的人！你为什么不喜欢李白？你怎么不喜欢那些很辽阔的东西呢？’可是我当时真的就是喜欢李商隐，我喜欢他的一往情深。‘莺啼如有泪，为湿最高花’，天涯日暮中，如果莺莺燕燕眼中含泪，就请用你的泪，去打湿我心中的花，现在的电视剧常常生生死死，但我老觉得写不出古典诗词里的那种意境来。”

　　诗歌不仅让于丹柔肠百转，更让她体味到人生的辽阔。于丹举了杜甫的例子。杜甫写自己：“江汉思归客，乾坤一腐儒”，即使是“腐儒”也是“乾坤唯一”，自豪骄傲之情力透纸背。杜甫又说自己是“飘飘何所似，天地一沙鸥”，即使是一只小鸟，也在天地之间翩然，生命多么潇洒！所以诗中的人，即使是腐儒，是沙鸥，也是以宇宙乾坤为坐标的。

　　于丹认为，现代人的坐标，却常常不如古人那么“大”，“比如说，我今天早上跑到阳台上去看海，说来说去还是海。但是曹操是怎么看海的？‘东临碣石，以观沧海……日月之行，若出其中，星汉灿烂，若出其里’，从海水里，他能看到日月星辰、时空往来，有了这么大的坐标，我们还会因为自己一时的忧伤而挂心吗？坐标小了，自己的忧伤就大了；坐标大了，自己的事就小了。”
