　　连日来，周口卫生学校不断有学生向记者投诉，称学校开水收费，且不为学生提供免费的饮用水。对此，记者与该市物价管理部门取得联系后得知，大中专院校向学生收取开水费是国家明令禁止的乱收费行为。

　　前天傍晚，记者来到周口卫生学校新校区，在校园内看到不少学生手中拿着瓶装纯净水或者饮料。一名2011级学生告诉记者：“虽然学校教学楼的每个楼层都有热水房，但是并未投入使用，同学们如果想喝开水，要到食堂后面的开水房购买。一瓶开水5毛钱，一杯2毛。既然开水收费，为了图省事，很多同学平时都是买纯净水或者是饮料解渴。”这名同学告诉记者，他们宿舍住有7人，除了洗澡时，大家会去买两瓶热水，平时喝的都是学校商店里卖的纯净水，每人每天平均要喝3瓶，“每天光是矿泉水瓶，就能存20多个。”另外两名同学告诉记者，学校不仅不免费供应热水，而且还严厉禁止同学们私自带热水器在宿舍里烧水。

　　卖水地点位于该校食堂北侧，是一排临时搭建的简易房。此时学校开水房正营业，两名学生模样的女孩坐在开水房门前，陆陆续续有学生提着开水瓶走来，向门口的女孩交过钱后，各自进屋接水。接完水走出开水房的一名女生告诉记者，一瓶开水5角钱，她每天要用两三瓶水。记者问她是否认为在校园内接开水收费是不合理现象，这名女生表示已经习以为常。

　　对此，周口卫生学校总务科负责人李女士解释，食堂北侧的开水房是由私人承包，此前他们也未听说过国家关于明令禁止学校开水房收费的相关政策。
