　　艺术，是用创新的手法去唤起每个人的意识或潜意识中深藏着的、已经存在的情感。而科学，是对自然界的现象进行新的准确的抽象，两者密不可分。为了更好的探索出一条拔尖创新人才艺术素养早期培养的新路，2012年9月13日，中央美院附中与人大附中联合探索拔尖创新人才早期培养项目启动仪式在人大附中举行，人大附中周建华副校长、高江涛副校长、早培团队年级组长钱颖伟及部分教师与中央美院附中张伟校长、教务主任等参与了此项活动，共同聚焦人大附中“早培班”，探讨培养拔尖创新人才艺术素养的新思路和新途径。

　　启动仪式上，“早培班”负责人高江涛副校长介绍了人大附中“早培班”的培养目标、整体构想以及课程设置和实施的情况。在课程设置理念上，着眼学生的人格健全、身心健康，注重培养学生的团队意识，激发潜能与创造力，成为全面发展，且有突出特长与创新能力的人才。在课程的具体设置上，对初中原有课程结构进行了大胆的调整，增设了物理、化学、工程技术、生命教育、校本选修等课程，并创设了涉及相关学科的研修课程。在课程实施上，突出学生学习的主动性，探索小学与初、高中课程打通；学科间交叉融合；人文、理、工兼顾并重。尤其重点提出早培班需要加强人文艺术方面的培养，以进一步完善现有课程体系。
