本报讯（记者 章仙踪 李伦娥）湖南省教育厅近日印发《湖南省教育收费重点监控制度（试行）》，从2013年1月1日开始，湖南对教育收费实施重点监控。

　　该制度明确规定，将具有下列情形之一的市州、县市区和高校，作为省级教育收费重点监控对象：每次通报教育收费举报情况时，举报数位居全省第一的市州、前三位的县市区和高校；发生典型乱收费案件并造成重大社会影响的市州、县市区和高校。省级教育收费重点监控的期限为一年，监控时间从监控名单确定之日起计算。监控期满后，教育乱收费问题得不到有效解决的，延长监控期限，时间为一年。
