  这份报告说,为了鼓励教师投入教学提高教学质量,学校加强了对教师教学方面的激励和约束,鼓励最优秀的教师为本科生上课。2011年,学校主讲本科课程的教授占教授总数比例为85.98%,教授讲授本科课程占总课程数的比例为30.31%。
