　　报告数据显示，中国的女性在英语口语以及其他外语熟练程度上，要比男性强很多。

　　据英孚教育介绍，从亚洲整体情况看，英语熟练度的性别差异并不明显，一般女性的英语熟练程度比男性在评分上高1分，不过中国女性英语熟练度的评分比男性整整高出了3分。

　　报告显示，在全球54个非英语母语国家和地区中，瑞典高居第一，而中国大陆地区全球排名仅列第36位，属于低熟练度水平。

　　记者注意到，中国香港、中国台湾的英语熟练度排名均高于中国大陆地区。其中，香港排名第25位，台湾排名第30位。

　　报告数据显示，对于全球平均水平而言，年轻的职场人士（25-35岁）英语说得最好，但是在亚洲，刚毕业的高中生英语最好，此后随着年龄增加而缓慢下降。
