本报北京11月10日讯（记者 宗河）国家发展和改革委员会主任张平在今天下午十八大新闻中心举行的第二场记者招待会上表示，今年我国财政总收入估计超11万亿元，其中1/6用于教育。

　　张平说：“4%是一个什么概念呢？我们今年用人民币计价的GDP可以超过50万亿元。也就是说，财政用于教育方面的支出要超过两万亿元。我们今年的财政总收入，我估计会超过11万亿元。这也就是说，我们要拿1/6的财政收入用到教育方面。”

　　张平指出，对于西部地区来说，可能会有一些困难。西部地区经济欠发达，需要做的事情很多，财政的负担很重。要做到这一点，需要两个方面的共同努力：一方面是西部地区自身要优化财政支出的结构，保证按照规定实现对教育的投入。另一方面，就是中央的责任，中央财政通过转移支付来支持西部地区的发展，要给予西部地区更大的支持，使他们能够实现财政性教育支出的较快增长。
