新京报讯 （记者缪晨霞）近日，启德国际教育研究院公布《2012海归就业力调查报告》，调查结果表明，在新的“回国潮”冲击之下，超过70%的中国留学生都选择回国就业。但中国海归回国后第一份工作的年薪普遍不高，其中36.5%起薪不足4万元，67.2%起薪不足6万元。有部分受访者表示，回国后找工作并不容易，想要进入世界500强企业、大型国企和科研机构的难度越来越大，自身对薪酬的要求也趋于理性。
