　　报名人员除应具备《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》规定的基本条件外，还应满足下列要求：

　　(一)报名。报名时间为2012年12月4日至12月23日。采取个人自荐、3人以上联名举荐或组织推荐方式在网上进行报名，3个岗位可同时兼报。报名需登陆教育部门户网站按要求填写、上传报名登记表(http://www.moe.edu.cn)，并在2012年12月23日17时(北京时间)前将报名登记表以及本人身份证(护照)、工作证、学历、学位、专业技术资格证书扫描件通过电子邮件发送至教育部公开选拔直属高校校长工作办公室的电子邮箱(xiaozhang@moe.edu.cn)。上述材料的复印件要通过特快专递邮寄到教育部公开选拔直属高校校长工作办公室。3人以上联名举荐或组织推荐的，需经被推荐人本人同意，同时以特快专递提交材料。教育部公开选拔直属高校校长工作办公室收到网上报名登记表后将及时与本人联系确认。教育部公开选拔直属高校校长工作办公室负责资格审查。

　　(二)职业素养综合评估。依照规定标准，对报名者履行岗位职责应具备的素质能力进行评价。根据评价结果，按照1:3至1:5的比例确定面试人选。面试人选名单及个人有关情况将在教育部门户网站和职位所在高校校园网进行公示。
