调查称残疾人受歧视 Survey said the disabled discrimination

　　黄锐毕业于一所普通本科高校，因小时候得小儿麻痹症落下了左下肢障碍。2011年毕业时他参加了一次公务员考试，“我的笔试成绩是第三名，但我的面试成绩竟是倒数第一，而且分数低得离谱。”黄锐说，他感到自己受到了侮辱和歧视，此后再也不愿报考公务员。

　　记者了解到，2007年6月，中国政法大学宪政研究所在十大城市开展了关于就业歧视的调查，结果显示一些国家机关在公务员招录中存在严重歧视，在“哪些群体最易受歧视”的调查中，残疾人以65.6%的比例位居榜首。

　　“这一巨大的反差不得不令我们深思，国家机关应带头招录残障人，而不能把残障人就业权的保障仅停留于法规和口号上。”黄锐说，此次他主要想获取三方面的信息，一是目前我国32个省、自治区、直辖市（不含港澳台）残障公务员总人数是多少，是否达到了国务院规定的1.5%的比例；二是上述残障公务员的全国各省份分布数量分别是多少；三是残障公务员中供职于各级残联以及供职于各级残联以外单位的残障公务员人数分别是多少。
