538公汽行至珞喻路广埠屯站时，有几位乘客上了车，朱小姐起身把座让给了一位抱小孩子的女士。让座后，她来到后门旁，拉着门右边的一根柱子站着。这时她看到，原先坐在她前面的一位女孩也站起来，把座位让给了一位抱着孩子的爹爹。令朱小姐震惊的是，那女孩右臂下竟拄着一根拐杖，她的右腿蜷曲着，无法着地，一看就知是位残疾人。那女孩拄拐来到后门，抱着门左边那根柱子站定(右图)。
