　　日前，由20个厅局组成的安徽省校车安全管理联席会议出台了《关于进一步加强校车安全管理工作的意见》，提出按新的校车标准，全省用于接送小学生、幼儿的专用校车不能满足需求的，使用取得校车标牌的其他载客汽车的过渡期限暂定为3年。

　　《意见》明确要求，各地要积极组织实施校车安全保障工程，建立政府、家庭与社会合理分担费用的学生交通安全保障投入机制，通过财政补助、税收优惠、家庭缴费分担、鼓励社会捐赠等方式，对提供学生公共交通安全服务的单位和个人给予积极支持。采取有效措施，鼓励大型公交、客运公司提供校车服务，提倡有条件的地方通过成立专业运营单位或政府购买运营公司服务等方式，推进校车运营管理的专业化和集约化，保障接受义务教育的学生上下学享有安全可靠、便捷高效的公共交通或校车服务。
