　　“科学建议奖”至今已经举办了4届，孩子们的奇思妙想给城市管理者提供了不少灵感。第一届科学建议奖，中学生袁日涉提出的“阶梯水价”建议如今已经开始实施。史家小学一名学生曾提出在屋顶种植野草进行绿化，如今学校已经把这个想法变成了现实。

　　市教委体美处副处长王军介绍，今年孩子们的建议更加贴近身边的生活，意见也比往年更加准确、有效。在最终获奖的十大建议中，小学生们表现突出，占了一多半。“小学生好奇心强，想法受限制很少，所以思维更活跃。”王军说，学生们的建议有的已经提交给相关委办局，有的交给政协，将会以提案的方式引起更多人的关注。(记者 李莉)
