　　《意见》强调，要保障待遇，增强职业吸引力。公办幼儿园教师执行统一的岗位绩效工资制度，享受规定的工资倾斜政策，社会保障待遇按照当地普通中小学同类人 员政策执行。鼓励地方政府将符合条件的农村幼儿园教师住房纳入保障性安居工程统筹予以解决，改善农村幼儿园教师工作和生活条件。
