中新网1月10日电据教育部网站消息，近日，教育部、中华全国妇女联合会、中央社会管理综合治理委员会办公室、共青团中央委员会、中国关心下一代工作委员会5部门下发了《关于加强义务教育阶段农村留守儿童关爱和教育工作的意见》。意见指出，要做好留守儿童社区关爱服务，建立16周岁以下学龄留守儿童登记制度，以保证将其纳入教育等基本公共服务体系。
