　　人生感悟： life:

　　“精诚”20年采访20个人，本人十分荣幸成了被采访的对象。当我读到记者写有关我的那篇文章的题目“我愿意与精诚相约到老”时，心里猛地动了一下，是那种不经意间被人触碰到了你的内心深处最柔软的地方的怦然心动。

　　1998年，那首《相约九八》的歌曲传唱于大江南北，也正是那年，我正式与精诚教育“相约”。一晃已是近十五年的光阴。回顾这十五年的历史，我依然觉得选择精诚是我人生中最正确的选择，从一名普通的教师到文化学校英语部副主任，到今天实验小学英语教研室的负责人之一，这些角色的转换，丰富和提升了我人生中最重要的阶段。我经历了精诚最辉煌的时刻，3万多在校学生，几十个学区的教学常规管理、招聘教师及新教师培训、教材研讨、开发、培训的工作。每年度的大型家长会的召开，三届精诚杯少儿英语大赛的策划、推动、组织，幼儿园的早期市场调研及开发，并光荣地成为学期教育班的第一任英语教师，这是精诚幼儿园的摇蓝。无论是常常每天12小时工作的巅峰状态，还是时至今日的沉淀下来，都是人生中宝贵的体验。我不敢说自己有业绩，也汗颜谈及成功，但是我却敢坦言：无论是精诚，还是我自己都经历了风雨的考验。而精诚经历了这20年风雨的洗濯，它仍然百折不回，锲而不舍，阳光依旧，灿烂依旧；而我也努力地让自己的脸上少一些沧桑和倦意、多一份淡定和愉悦。其实我觉得，成功不需要“被定义”，奕不需要“被证明”。因数精诚的“桃李无言，下自成蹊”，就是最好的证明。至于我自己，幸福就是成功。而说到底什么才是我要的幸福呢？“被尊重”是我内心里最想得到的幸福体验。在精诚我得到了家长和学生们的尊重、同仁们的尊重、领导们的尊重，夫复何求？这算不算是人生中的一种成功呢？

　　在世俗里游弋太久了，纷繁的世事，复杂的人心，常常让人产生遁世的想法。或许是儒家和道家的人生哲学过于深入骨髓，使我们认识到入世是生活的必须。出世是精神的追索，又或许就在于两者很少可以兼而得之。徬徨中的我们希望得到一些点拨和启示，品读精诚精神便是其一。

　　我相信精诚的事业也会是地久天长!水的哲思折射出精诚的精神，而精诚精神的灵魂又是什么呢？曾子曰：“吾日三省吾身，为人谋而不忠乎？与朋友交而不信乎？传不习乎？”在这里曾子提出了“忠”和“信”的做人标准；“忠”是不是尽心尽力了呢“信”是信任和诚信、信用，表现为诚实不欺，说真话、说话算数。这是一个人立身处世的基石。在纷纭的世道中，头下人熙熙攘攘皆为利来利往，如何才能保持真我，保持沉着的心态呢？这是我们现代人应该思考的问题。古人的训道于现实意义不就体现在了“做事惟精，做人惟诚”的精诚”二字中吗？一天这中我们应多问问自己，是否不为自己的私利，做取了工作尽心尽力？与学生家长们的交往 ，是否做到诚信不欺，问心无愧了呢？
