　　首先让我代表中国民办教育协会向精诚教育集团20周年表示热烈的祝贺。同时向精诚教育的创业者和同仁致以崇高的敬意。

　　今天纪念精诚教育20周年的活动，展现了精诚的路，精诚的魂和精诚的梦。我想精诚的路就是从一开始几个人，“你挑着担，我牵着马”开始，以坚实的脚步走出了一个从无到有、从小到大、从弱到强的中国民办教育的发展之路。精诚的魂就是“做事惟精，做人惟诚。”精诚有精的目标，那就是敢为人先，追求卓越。精诚有精的队伍，那就是学为人师，行为世范。精诚又有精的成果，那就是春华秋实，桃李满园。精诚有诚信，要办一流的中国民办教育，精诚也有诚意，那就是一步一个脚印，稳步的前行。精诚也有诚信，取信于家长，取信于学生，取信于老师，也取信于社会。精诚的梦，我想就是强国之梦，为了这个梦，精诚需要迎接挑战，迎接市场竞争的挑战，迎接内部建设的挑战，还要迎接政府战略政策调整的挑战。为了圆这个梦，精诚还要勇于创新，要突破各种旧的思想和制度的束缚，进行教育管理的创新，教育内容的创新，教育方式的创新和教育技术的创新，以创造符合时代要求的优质教育。为了圆这个梦，当然最重要的是需要建设一支优秀的干部和教师队伍，没有高水平的老师就没有高质量的教育。没有高素质的老师就没有素质教育。
