感谢应邀参加今天的教育年度盛典,非常高兴和大家一起谈谈我的教育观。请大家批评斧正。

不肯定人类教育充满机遇,是没有良心的;不肯定人类教育充满危机,是没有良知的。在人类现实生活中,始终存在一个悖论:人类因教育而文明,人类也因教育而野蛮;人类因教育而智慧,人类也因教育而愚昧。最智慧的人给人类造成的灾难最大,最先进的科学技术给社会带来的破坏最强。在中国现实教育中,教育始终在异化人,把人异化为物;教育工具化、功利化、世俗化、庸俗化越来越严重;学校官场化(行政化)、学术市场化(金钱化)、学习情场化(情绪化)愈演愈烈;教育创造力缺失、教育腐败滋生、学术造假猖獗、教育诚信危机,等等。
Not sure human education is full of opportunities,There is no conscience;Not sure human education full of crisis,There is no conscience.In the human real life,Always there is a paradox:Because of education and human civilization,Humans also for education and savage;Because human education and wisdom,Humans also for education and folly.The wise man to human disasters caused by the maximum,The most advanced science and technology brings to the society the strongest damage.In China the reality of education,Education has always been in the alienation people,The alienation for content;Education tools/utilization/secularization/Debase more and more serious;School officialdom change(Security administration)/Academic market(Money change)/Learning love turn(emotional)Intensified;Education lack of creativity/Education corruption breeding/Rampant academic misconducts/Education credit crisis,etc.
我们不得不反思和回答,人类教育出了什么问题?中国教育出了什么问题?我们需要什么样的教育?
We have to reflect on and answer,Human education, what's the problem?China's education, what's the problem?We need what kind of education?
我们认为,教育的DNA出了问题,教育的灵魂出了问题。
We think,Education of DNA out of the question,Education soul out of the question.
什么是教育的DNA?是价值,是教育的价值,是人的价值。人类的一切活动都是价值活动,都是为了实现人的价值,都是为了实现人类社会价值最大化。民主、平等、自由、人权、法制、和谐、幸福是人类的共同价值,也就是人类的DNA。人类存在的人的异化、自然的异化,人与人的异化,人与自然的异化,从根本上讲都是人类价值(DNA)变异的结果。世界上的战争、灾荒、疫病、生态恶化等,都可以说是因人类自身异化的结果,是人类DNA异化的结果。人类DNA的变异是教育价值流失和变异的结果。人类最大的危机不是政治危机、经济危机、文化危机和社会危机,而是教育危机。回归教育本真,创新教育思想,改变教育现状,是我们共同肩负的使命。
What is education of DNA?Is value,Is the value of education,Is man's value.All human activity is value activities,All is in order to realize the value of man,All is in order to realize the human society value maximization.democracy/equality/free/Human rights/Legal system/harmonious/Happiness is the human common value,Also is human DNA.The alienation of people of human existence/Natural alienation,Alienation of man from man,The alienation of man and nature,Fundamentally are human value(DNA)Variable results.The world war/famine/blight/Ecological deterioration,May be because of the alienation of human beings results,Is the result of alienation of human DNA.Human DNA variation is education value loss and variation of the results.Humanity's greatest crisis is not the political crisis/Economic crisis/Cultural crisis and social crisis,But education crisis.Regression education natural,Innovation education thought,Change education present situation,It is our common shoulder mission.
我们需要价值主义教育思想。教育是发展人的生命、生存、生活,实现人的价值,引领人类文明进步的社会活动过程。教育的活动主体是人,出发点、过程和终极目标,都是围绕人的主体价值的实现而进行,都是为了实现人的生命、生存和生活价值而展开。教育通过每个人价值的实现而引领人类文明进步。教育使人实现个体价值与社会价值;使人实现现实价值与理想价值;使人实现物质价值与精神价值;使人实现人文价值与科学价值。教育使人类社会实现物质文明与精神文明,实现政治文明与社会文明。所以,我们认为,教育价值高于一切价值,人类有劳动印记的产品,都是人的价值的外化而已,人们的幸福生活,都是劳动价值的集中体现。政治价值、经济价值、文化价值、社会价值,都是人创造的价值,都是人的价值的转化。教育创造了人的价值,不存在教育为政治、经济、文化建设服务,教育是为人的自由全面发展服务。教育是引领性事业,不是迎合性工具。教育引领人类思维方式转变、生产方式转变、生活方式转变和社会管理方式转变,使人类不断走向文明进步。
We need to value socialist education thought.Education is to develop the human life/survival/life,To realize the value of man,Lead the progress of human civilization of social activities in the process.Education activity subject is the person,Starting point/Process and the ultimate goal,Are all around the main value realization and,All is in order to realize the people's life/Survival and life value and spread.Education through each value realization and lead the progress of human civilization.Education makes people realize the individual value and social value;Realize the real value and the ideal value;Realize the material value and spiritual values;Realize the humanistic value and scientific value.Education makes the human society to realize the material civilization and spiritual civilization,To realize the political civilization and social civilization.so,We think,Education value higher than all value,Humans have the seal of labor products,Is the value of a man's the alienated,People's happy life,Is the concentrated reflection of labor value.Political value/Economic value/Cultural value/Social value,Are people to create value,Is person's value transformation.Education created the human value,Does not exist for political education/economic/Culture construction service,Education is for people's free and overall development services.Education is the leading cause of sex,Not cater to sex tools.Education lead human thinking mode change/Production mode change/Lifestyle changes and social management mode change,Make human constantly to civilization and progress.
我们需要广泛开展生命教育、生存教育和生活教育(简称“三生教育”)。“三生教育”体现“教真育爱”的教育根本价值;体现教育使人成其为“人”,使人成为有能力的人,使人成为幸福的人的终极价值;“三生教育”体现唯真、唯智、唯和及民主、平等、自由、法制、和谐的人类共同价值追求。通过生命教育,使受教育者知生命价值,认知生命、热爱生命、敬畏生命、保护生命;通过生存教育,使受教育者知生存之道,适应生存、学会生存、挑战生存;通过生活教育,使受教育者知生活意义,热爱生活、奋斗生活、幸福生活。通过“三生教育”,使受教育者崇尚真理、认知真理、实践真理、捍卫真理,做真人,求真知,行真事;使受教育者爱自己、爱他人、爱团队、爱国家、爱民族、爱人类、爱自然;使受教育者追求自己的幸福、家庭的幸福、团队的幸福、民族的幸福、人类的幸福。“三生教育”应该从家庭走向学校,从学校走向社会,从中国走向世界。

我们需要大力促进现代教育的发展。何谓现代教育?我们所探讨的现代教育,是植根于知识经济和概念社会,引领未来发展的教育。是以价值教育为灵魂,以能力教育为核心,以制度教育为保障,以教育公平为基础,植根现代社会,引领时代不断进步的教育。它是当今时代对现代各种教育思想观念、体制、内容、方法和形态的总称。现代教育具有人本性、公平性、民主性、法治性、开放性、创新性等特性,具有信息化、社会化、终身化、现代化的特点。现代教育的实施,一要进行现代教育体系价值建设,建设包括学前教育、义务教育、高中阶段教育、职业教育、高等教育、终身教育、民族教育、特殊教育在内的现代教育体系建设,形成教育体系价值。二要进行现代教师队伍价值建设,建设一支富有大爱之心、忠诚之志、精专之业的教师队伍,维护教师尊严,建设和实现教师主体价值。三要进行现代学生的学习价值建设,培养富有自由之思想、独立之人格、创新之能力的现代学生,提高学生的学习价值,培养学生的兴趣能力、学习能力、实践能力、发展能力、创造能力、合作能力、责任能力。四要进行教育物质资源的价值建设,加大教育投资力度,进一步改善办学条件。教育投资应遵循“多留遗产,少留遗憾”的原则,提高教育投资效益,实现教育投资价值最大化。五要进行教育管理价值建设,要坚持权责统一,实现管理价值最大化原则,加强宏观管理、中观管理和微观管理。应坚持以人为主体,以价值实现为目标,全面加强基础管理、系统管理、全程管理。六要进行教育制度价值建设,全面深化办学体制、教育管理体制、教育评价体制的改革,发挥和增强教育体制潜力和机制活力,提高教育制度和体制的价值率。

我们需要提高各级领导干部领导教育的能力。使教育成为领导干部挥之不去的情感,使学校成为人们心中永远的丰碑,凝聚社会力量,共同建设教育价值,增强教育自信,维护教育尊严。
