　　 从图们来沈阳转车的旅客李福女夫妇，就是被李根们帮助的一员。夫妇两人年近七旬，不仅行李很多，还分别是有沟通障碍的聋哑人士和行走不便的腿部残疾人。提起这些90后志愿者，李大妈很感动：“我们俩身体不好，还是朝鲜族，汉语说得不好，又丢了火车票，以为都上不了车了。幸亏有这些好心的孩子，帮我又是补票又是拎行李，还不停地安慰我，让我感到特别温暖，就像亲孙子孙女一样，真是谢谢他们了。”

　　 “与在家打游戏和睡懒觉相比，在这里服务要更有意义。”来自辽宁中医药大学的大二学生张玉每天早上6时起床，8时30分之前就到达车站，开始一天的志愿者工作。“平均每天到我这里问询的有200人到300人。我们从春运开始上岗，除了过年的几天，会一直坚持服务到开学前。在这里不仅可以帮助别人，也可以让自己提前认识社会，加速成长。”
