教育部近日出台了《贯彻落实中央改进工作作风、密切联系群众〈八项规定〉和〈实施细则〉的实施办法》，从改进调查研究、热情服务群众、精简会议文件、规范出访活动、改进新闻报道、厉行勤俭节约等9个方面，提出20项具体要求。
