本报讯(特约记者杨健鸿　通讯员尹云辉)因借20元钱遭到拒绝，竟用木棒将他人打死。近日，云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州中级法院以故意杀人罪判处张林(化名)无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身。

　　1995年4月出生的张林是云南省金平县人。2012年2月5日晚，张林与赵某等人在朋友家喝酒。在回家的路上，张林向赵某借20元钱，遭到了拒绝，于是张林手持木棒追打赵某，朝其头上猛击一棒，致使赵某倒地。随后，张林将赵某拖到公路下方的一处竹林里，又用木棒击打其头部数下，致赵某当场死亡。张林将赵某身上的180元现金拿走，把尸体拖入水沟里，用沙子掩埋后逃离现场。2月17日凌晨，公安机关在蒙自市将张林抓获归案。
