中新网宁德2月4日电(叶茂华辉)福建宁德市寿宁县法院4日对外披露，该市原霞浦县松城街道办事处办公室主任、松城街道综治办专职副主任游某，强制猥亵并强奸一名13周岁的幼女，一审被判有期徒刑12年，剥夺其政治权利2年，二审宁德市中级人民法院裁定维持原判。
