根据《意见》规定，现阶段全日制学术学位研究生学费标准，硕士生每生每年不超过8000元，博士生每生每年不超过10000元。对于社会上“收费是否会增加研究生经济负担，影响家庭经济困难研究生顺利就学”的担心，昨天教育部称政策实施后，研究生所获资助总体上超过其应缴纳的学费。从制度设计上可以保证研究生不因家庭经济困难而失学，总体上不会增加研究生经济负担。(记者郭莹)
