  在笔者刚刚走入华联商场时,就看见了环球美联的摆台了。一个穿制服的小姑娘走过来,问:“最近有没有学英语的打算?”见笔者没有否定,小姑娘显得很高兴,连忙塞过来一本32开的英语单词册子,继续问:“这个送给你,方便和我上楼做个咨询吗?耽误不了您多长时间”

  在去往咨询室的路上,笔者了解到小姑娘大学还未毕业,出来做兼职。在这里没有底薪,工资按拉人头算,拉的越多、钱也越多。

  进入美联的咨询室后,填了个单子等了一会儿,被安排了一位咨询老师。随着咨询老师,经过一条狭小、昏暗的过道;过道两侧总共有六间十来平米的玻璃屋子。左边一侧应该都是咨询室;右边两个教室里有外国教室在给学生做一对一;还有一间应该是会议室,几个人坐着,其中一个训斥着一个站着的员工,因为门是敞着的,所以声音很是刺耳。

  跟着咨询,笔者进入了左侧的一间玻璃屋。屋子里乱七八糟什么都有,东西被随意堆弃着。笔者和咨询面对面坐着,咨询开始问笔者一些基本的情况。

  了解过后,笔者问:“咱们这里怎么收费?”咨询答:“等会儿,我马上就要说到。”就开始大讲特讲、滔滔不绝的讲怎样学英语(PS:据笔者了解她不是英语老师):“英语不能背、要条件反射”、然后开始讲故事:“讲英语就像骑自行车,会了就不再忘”、“英语就要有环境、开始学习就要像母语”…就这样时间飞逝,却没有停的意思。笔者打断说:“我就像先了解一下咱们怎么收费”回答依旧是:“你别急啊,我得一步一步跟你说啊。”好家伙,笔者能不急嘛,您这儿有的没的给我讲了一个小时了还没切入正题呢。笔者便说:“我晚上还有事情,咱们长话短说吧,我就像了解一下价格和师资这两方面。”咨询看笔者挺急,就说:“那我简单介绍一下我们这边情况吧,你看用不了你多久时间。”笔者再次提出要看价格。咨询:“我就要说呢,我们美联……”又是一大堆所答非所问,再次打断问价格。“您看先了解我们美联,就十分钟的时间。”咨询打开桌上的电脑开始放PPT。大概内容就是讲,美联有多牛、课程安排多元化、服务周到等等。十分钟的PPT变成了一个小时,始终未涉及到价格。

After the understanding,The author asked:"Our here how to charge?"Consulting a:"Wait a minute,I'll speak to."Start talking about/Gushing about how to learn English(ps:I understand she is not a English teacher):"English can't back/To conditioning"/And then began to tell a story:"Speaking English is like riding a bicycle,Will won't forget"/"English environment is required/Began to learn like a native speaker"…Time flies, just like that,But I did not stop.I snapped:"I like to look at how do we charge"Answer is still:"You don't worry!,I have to say with you step by step."What a guy,I can not hurry,Here some didn't of you give me about one hour haven't cut to the chase.The author said:"I still have things at night,Let's make a long story short,I would like know the price and the teachers of these two aspects."Consulting the author is quite urgent,He said:"Then I make a brief introduction of our side,You can't see with you how long time."The author put forward again to see prices.consulting:"I'm going to say?,We al……"Answer is a lot of q,Interrupt to ask price again."You see to understand our al first,Just ten minutes."The PPT begin consultation to open the computer on the desk.Content is about,Al have much cattle/Diversified curriculum/Good service and so on.Ten minutes powerpoint presentation into an hour,Never comes to the price.

  当笔者再次抛出价格的问题时,咨询开始说道:这要老师测评,根据学员水平收费。于是被安排了英语老师测评,简短的几句英语交流以后,英语老师离开了,咨询老师继续回来咨询。

When I throw the price problem again,Consulting began.:The teacher evaluation,According to the level of students.Then be arranged English teacher evaluation,After a brief a few words of English communication,The English teacher left,Consulting the teacher continue to come back.

  “刚刚英语老师对你的测评,英语基础还不过关啊。”这是咨询对笔者的评价》。

  再次谈到价格时,咨询在杂乱无章的屋子里翻了几次,也没找出价格单。于是说了个大概价格。又一轮斗争之后,价格单终于被翻了出来。价格有两方面的参考,一个是以时间参考;一个是以学生等级(测评老师评判的学员的英语水平)为参考。

  其中半年收费13350;五级的英语提高收费是25900.

  了解了价格以后,笔者表示要回去商量一下。咨询就问:“你要回去商量什么?”、“你有哪方面的担忧?”…几番对话之后,笔者未开口,价格却以各种理由一降再降。但降的前提是马上订单、尽快签约。

To know the price later,I said to get back to discuss.Consulting ask:"What do you want to go back to discuss?"/"What concerns you have?"…How many times after dialogue,The author did not open,The price drop down again for a variety of reasons.But the drop is the premise of order immediately/Sign up as soon as possible.

  到次为止,整个过程测评不到三分钟、谈价钱不到两分钟、教学环境师资力量也不过三两句,而其余的都是在打心理战术吧!

By the end of time,The whole process of measurement is less than three minutes/Talk about the price, less than two minutes/Teaching environment teachers but also three or two,And the rest are in psychological warfare!

  这样的咨询,是咨询,还是销售,亦或是“圈套”?笔者看来近乎于“洗脑”了吧。

  笔者进入美联的感受是“销售味十足”。笔者总结“课程销售”主要分以下几个步骤:

  3、讲故事(以故事的形式颠覆你英语学习的概念,其实没说出个所以然来、都是概念式的教学)

3/Tell a story(Reverse the concepts you learn English in the form of a story,Don't tell me things/Is the type of concept teaching)

  4、树立品牌形象(让你觉得他们很权威,也为后期不会讲价做铺垫)5、建立危机感(让你知道你英语水平离你想要的水平有很大的差距)6、给你希望(在你觉得对自己英语失望透顶的时候给你提出方案)

  了解了这个过程之后,我们再去报班的时候就不必被别人牵着鼻子走了。尤其这种过度销售的培训机构我们也一目了然了。
