　　有网友投诉：本人于2009年11月1日报了北京跨考教育的一个考研辅导VIP教程，总共费用24800，声称“魔鬼训练营”，保过！师资力量很好，各方面服务到位，保证学生通过2010年研究生考试而且是名校，第一志愿未被录取退费一半。在真正上课后，我们大家才发现他们给我们请的老师都是些不知几流的老师，而且总体教学服务极度不负责任。在上了大约20多天后，我提出要退班（当初合同中是写明10天后不得退班），对方说仅退给我6000块钱！要知道，我整整交了2万5千左右，得到的服务竟然连市面上普通考研辅导班几百的质量都比不上，双方权利义务极度不平衡，甚至对方有欺诈的嫌疑。现在我提出要退班对方非但不给开发票，而且只退我6000，这不但侵犯了我的公平交易权，而且我认为可以定性为侵占或者不当得利。我本身是一名律师，我绝对会为了维护自己的权利不惜一切努力，不排除去法院起诉的可能！因为我认为当初所签订的所谓的合同完全是显失公平的合同，属于可撤销合同，甚至是欺诈性合同，完全无效！
