昨天，国家发改委、卫生部和人社部在北京召开全国县级公立医院医药价格改革工作会议，要求300余个试点县破除“以药补医”机制，取消县级公立医院“药品加成”政策，药品价格要降低15%左右，同时合理调整医疗服务价格。

　　三部门强调，调整医疗服务价格必须做到三个“同步”：提高医疗技术劳务价格与降低部分检查检验价格同步，促进医疗机构不断提高技术水平和服务质量；提高医疗服务价格与取消药品加成、降低药品价格、控制药品费用同步，促进医疗机构不断规范诊疗用药行为；提高医疗服务价格与提高医保支付水平、改革医保支付方式同步，确保患者医药费用负担有所减轻。
