人类的精子质量在逐年下降，若干年后男人将无生育能力？对此观点，6日，在第十届全国(广州)性文化节现场专家论坛上，北京精子库原主任、现国家计生委科研所教授、中国人类精子库管理学组组长陈振文反驳道：这种观点是荒谬的！

　　对于现场观众提出的这一问题，陈振文说，对于“单身女子接受捐精生子”，吉林省人大常委会曾通过了决议，但全国人大态度很审慎，组织了法律、社会学、医学、伦理学等多方面的专家研讨，结果意见很不一致，最终否决了这一建议。
