　　为了减轻艾滋病病人和感染者的医疗费用负担，山东省政府公布了"十二五"期间艾滋病防治工作的意见，意见要求，人力资源社会保障等部门要将抗病毒治疗和机会性感染治疗纳入城镇居民、农村居民的重大疾病医疗保障范围。民政等部门要将符合条件的感染者和病人纳入最低生活保障，并保护他们的隐私。民政部门要将艾滋病致孤儿童全部纳入孤儿保障制度；对感染艾滋病病毒的儿童或患儿，适当补助基本生活费。
