对于传闻中塑化剂超标达2.6倍的说法,马勇表示,由于白酒与一般食品在自身成分、平均摄入量等方面存在很多差异,因此以一般食品标准衡量白酒中塑化剂是否超标,是不科学的,他说:“塑化剂的原因非常复杂,有一个不容忽视的问题,就是我们现在所涉及的这个限量值的指标,来自于卫生部551号文件,这个文件规定的邻苯二甲酸酯的三类物质的的限量值是一个食品当中的限量值,而不是专门针对白酒给出的一个限量,那么白酒这种高乙醇浓度的液体,它跟普通食品、饮料还有比较大的区别,就是很多成分在水当中不容易溶解和迁移的时候,在乙醇浓度比较大的情况下就容易迁移,那么在这种情况下,用一般的通用食品标准来考核白酒,容易造成白酒的指标要高于其他一些食品,食品当中这个量控制地相对是非常非常严格,因为食品要考虑人的摄入量,就是人每天喝水、喝饮料、喝牛奶,它的使用量要大于喝酒,每天的摄入量比较多。而酒他本身有自限性,就是每个人喝酒,每天它是有一定数量的,他不能像补充水、饮料或者其他的主辅食品,无限制、无节制地大量使用。”
