中新社上海11月23日电 (记者 邹瑞玥)由上海交通大学、上海市崇明县政府、台湾财团法人向阳公益基金会等共同举办的“沪台食品安全与农业环境研讨会”23日在此间拉开帷幕。应邀出席的台湾相关领域专家学者与大陆同行一起，就食品安全保障相关的法规制定、实施方法、管理措施等问题深入探讨分析。

　　专家呼吁，需尽快完善食品安全追溯体系，采用食品安全主动控制战略，进一步完善食品加工的安全及监管体系以及相关法律法规。据了解，上海已经成立了食品安全举报专项奖励资金，最高奖励金额达到20万元人民币。
