卫生部今天通报了我国艾滋病防治工作情况。根据全国法定传染病疫情报告，2012年1至10月新报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人68802人，截至10月底，全国累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人492191人，存活的感染者和病人383285例。经性传播已成为我国艾滋病主要传播途径。

　　卫生部疾控局副巡视员孙新华介绍说，当前我国艾滋病疫情男同性性传播艾滋病比例上升明显，今年1～10月新报告的艾滋病病毒感染者中经性途径传播所占比例为84.9%，而去年同期为77.9%，其中男同性性传播所占比例为21.1%，而去年同期为15%。2012年监测发现，男同性性行为人群艾滋病病毒感染率为6.7%。
