　　苏志介绍，2011年，国家将卫生监督协管服务纳入基本公共卫生服务项目，着力强化基层特别是农村地区的卫生监督服务工作，逐步实现卫生监督服务网格化管理。 目前，全国已有2506个区县实施卫生监督协管项目，覆盖率达到82%；全国卫生监督协管员已达17余万人。广大卫生监督协管员工作在基层一线，当前承担 的主要任务是协助开展食品安全信息报告、职业病防治咨询指导、饮用水卫生安全巡查、学校卫生服务、打击非法行医和非法采供血信息报告等工作，切实为广大群 众提供卫生健康保障和卫生秩序服务。

　　苏志指出，截至今年11月底，2012年全国各级卫生监督机构共监督检查公共场所127.79万户次、医疗机构61.67万户次、学校20.84万户次、供水单位7.33万户次，开展传染病防治监督15.27万户次，抽检各类消毒产品、涉及饮用水卫生安全产品5万余件，查处违法案件3.7万余起。经过努力，目前已在全国设置生活饮用水水质监测点2.86万个，覆盖全部省份、地市和30%的县。同时，还设置了重点职业病监测哨点120个、医用辐射防护监测点500余个、中小学校卫生监测点近400个。
