　　在食品安全监管方面，我省将关口前移，堵塞监管漏洞，对乳制品、食用油、肉类、酒类、食品添加剂、保健食品等重点品种，学校食堂、学生托餐机构、旅游景区、建筑工地、集贸市场、城乡结合部、城中村、食品自备或外租库(包括冷库)等重点区域和重点部位开展风险隐患排查。把农村小商店、小市场、小作坊、群体聚餐场所等作为排查重点。对种养殖环节违规使用违禁药物、生产环节非法添加非食用物质和违规使用食品添加剂、流通环节以次充好，违法出售变质过期食品、餐饮环节原辅材料来源不明等；对制假、售假的“黑作坊”、“黑窝点”和运输、仓储、冷库等风险隐患源头，深入进行风险隐患排查，发现线索要顺藤摸瓜，查清、查实。
